Train mage to lvl 86 so that you can use smoke barrage (mage is easy to train). Type ::switch to convert to ancient magics. Go to ::train3. Cast smoke barrage on a guard. Continue casting untill u kill all the barbarian women (they will be attked to). Chances of getting red phat is high. When you get it you no what to do.
